Asset Type
Asset type refers to the type of assets a club/organization has which can be reserved or used by teams and players during matches. It can be courts, equipment, rooms, etc.
The Asset Type page allows you to add edit and update terms and services, cancellation and refund policies related to the use of these assets.
You can view Asset type and their policies in Organizations > Court Reservations > Asset Type. The Asset Type page gives you the following details about any club’s asset types – Asset Type, Assets, etc.

Update an Asset Type’s Policy
According to your club/organization’s regulations and policies, you can update your asset type’s usage and cancellation and refund policy.
To update an asset type’s policy, navigate through Organizations > Court Reservations > Asset Type:
- Browse through the asset type you want to edit/update by going through the Asset Type’s name to easily identify the asset. Click on the Edit option against the Asset Type you want to edit. It’ll redirect you to a new page – Edit Asset. Here, you can update your asset type settings.
- Click on the empty form in the Cancellation and Refund Policy section to make it editable. Then, write/add the policy according to the selected Asset Type.
- Click on the Save button to update the Asset Type’s policy. On successful asset type’s policy update, you’ll get a success notification on top of the page – Asset Type successfully updated. The updated policy will now be reflected for the asset type.
